I Controls Solution holds exclusive intellectual property rights to all system engineering designs across the I-Rain and RainPro product lines. Developed in accordance with relevant national regulatory guidelines and authority technical standards, our proprietary scope includes:

• System Architecture & Flow Topologies: Overall rainwater harvesting system layouts, piping schematics, hydraulic flow dynamics, and structural configurations.
• Internal Component & Mechanical Design: Internal mechanical structures, internal chamber layouts, modular tank cell interlocks, and internal flow divertor mechanisms.
• Individual Part Specifications & Custom Fittings: Custom component parts, proprietary filter media housings, specialized valves, first flush components, and bespoke connection fittings.
• Control & Electrical Schematics: Automated pumping logic, sensor integration schematics, and level control panel circuit designs.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Design Infringement

Our system architectures, internal designs, and component specifications constitute valuable commercial trade secrets. Strictly prohibited actions include:

• Reverse Engineering & Component Replication: Disassembling, scanning, copying, or manufacturing identical or substantially similar system components, internal parts, tank modules, or filtration layouts without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized Commercial Presentations & Proposals: Using screenshots, internal component schematics, or case study media in competitor pitch decks, tender proposals, sales presentations, or marketing collateral to misrepresent credentials or gain commercial advantage.
• Brand & Trademark Misrepresentation: Falsely claiming authorization, licensing, or association with I Controls Solution, I-Rain, or RainPro.

3. Technical Disclaimer & Installation Liability

All technical guidance and product parameters provided by I Controls Solution are designed in alignment with authority standards for general guidance.

Limitation of Liability: Final site installation, contractor execution, on-site structural modifications, and operational implementation decisions remain beyond the direct control of I Controls Solution. We assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party installation practices or non-compliant contractor execution.

4. Reservation of Legal Remedies & Prosecution

I Controls Solution actively monitors market activities, tender submittals, and digital platforms. We explicitly reserve the unconditional right to enforce our rights without prior warning through:

• Issuing immediate Cease and Desist demands and digital takedown notices.
• Filing civil lawsuits seeking court injunctions, statutory damages, account of profits, and full recovery of legal costs.
• Initiating statutory prosecution under Malaysian IP Laws (including Copyright Act 1987, Industrial Designs Act 1996, Patents Act 1983, and Trademarks Act 2019).
